Cob Foods, backed by tennis legend Novak Djokovic and founded by entrepreneur Jessica Davidoff, is a corn-free snack brand reinventing gluten-free eating. My work was to write copy that matched the brand’s joyful, playful spirit while finding clever ways to communicate the ways sorghum, the ancient grain at the heart of Cob, is genuinely superior to corn.
